Overview

OCEAN (Organisational Change Initiative for Evolution leArning and Nurturing) was introduced in response to the growing need of smaller CSOs with annual budgets under Rs 5 crore to build contextually relevant, professionally sound structures, systems and processes within their organisations.

The curriculum enhanced organisations’ overall capacity to deliver effective programmatic interventions while leveraging collaborative advantage in the ecosystem. Participating organisations nominated 2-3 members each, with learning sessions designed to nurture a leadership culture that mirrors the transformational shift expected in communities.
