Overview

Efficiencies through Digital Tools (EDIT) is a one-year pilot with PRASARI, West Bengal, in partnership with Arghyam, reimagining capacity building across three projects: Jharnadhara springshed management, Usharmukti watershed management and well rejuvenation. The approach supplements classroom training and field coaching with digital content available whenever front-line executors need support.

The pilot targets 30 springs in Gorubathan block (of a larger 616-spring programme), micro-watersheds in Rajnagar block (of a larger 55-block programme), and 5 intensive Gram Panchayats in the Matiali and Nagrakata blocks of Jalpaiguri’s well-rejuvenation programme, reaching approximately 18,000 households.
