IIHMR University, Jaipur offers the MBA in Development Management, a two-year, full-time programme specialising in CSR/ESG Management or Micro and Small Business Management, equipping learners to manage CSOs, CSR initiatives and government welfare implementation. Launched in 2017, the programme focuses on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

BRLF’s scholarships enable promising Adivasi students from Central India’s tribal regions to pursue this programme. Starting with six tribal candidates in the 2017-19 batch, BRLF has since expanded support to a cumulative 39 tribal youth.
