Overview

The Agroecology-Based Regional Model Landscape Transformation (AgRMLT) project aims to build two agroecology-based model landscapes through collaborative, multi-stakeholder planning and governance, strengthening grassroots capacities and creating convergence models for scalability.

By forming district- and block-level coalitions involving CSOs, government departments and FPOs, the project integrates agroecological principles into regional planning. Early efforts include forming a district coalition, engaging the State Rural Livelihoods Mission and agriculture departments, and identifying pilot blocks.
